Horizon Lecture series and social hour

Horizon Lectures are one-hour evening presentations by leaders in science, medicine, and business. The lecture series is free and open to anyone with an interest in the challenges of biomedical imaging discovery, and its translation to clinical application. Foundations Mini-courses

Mini-courses in BioMedical Foundations and Technical Foundations are for M+Visión Fellows, members, and special guests by invitation only. View the Foundations mini-courses calendar.

BioMedical Foundations: Introduction to basic biomedical concepts that provide the foundation for medical research and practice. Emphasis will be place on providing a clinical and pre-clinical context.

Technical Foundations: Introduction to and experience in imaging and related technologies to gain an appreciation for the relative capabilities of the different technologies and opportunities for advancing each technology. Technologies include MRI, PET, Biomedical Optics, Molecular Imaging, and CT.
